President and Owner of Highlands Floor Coverings, and been in the flooring industry since 1991: I started my career in the flooring industry as a tile installer, and through the next 11 years I worked my way up to a management position. It was these years of experience that gave me the knowledge and experience that I decided to start my own store. In February of 2002, along with my father-in-law, Jim Hendron, we opened Highlands Floor Coverings. I believe that it is my vast work experience and the relationships that I have built that has grown Highlands Floor Coverings into Northern Arizona's largest and best flooring stores with locations in both Flagstaff and Cottonwood. I take pride in the fact that I am a hands on owner who will personally make sure that your experience here will be a great one. Flagstaff Installation manager, and has been in the construction industry since 1993: I have over 25 years experience in construction. I started out painting and plastering, then moved on to a construction superintendent, and eventually general contracting. As a general contractor I specialized in remodeling for both residential and commercial projects. I feel that my experience in multiple phases of construction has greatly helped my understanding of the flooring industry. My job is to personally assure you that your floor covering experience and installation will be hassle free and be performed by the most professional installers in Northern Arizona. I will be with you on the job before, during, and after to make sure that you will receive the quality and attention that you deserve.

Commercial Sales Representative, and has been in the flooring industry since 2003: I have career experience in retail management, cabinet design and as a General Contractor Supervisor. As a General Contractor Supervisor I learned to do measures, takeoffs, estimates, schedule subcontractors, and all about other phases of construction. All of this knowledge allows me to be well suited to work with contractors, suppliers, installers, and other construction trades - all of which are essential for a successful commercial project. With over 25 years of retail and customer service experience, I also feel comfortable working with the residential customer. I like to build lasting relationships and look forward to working side by side with you from start to finish on your project. Here at Highlands Floor Coverings, we've built strong relationships and a good reputation with both residential customers, and commercial contractors and I will be glad to help you have a pleasant flooring experience.

Flagstaff Office Manager, and has been in the accounting industry since 1993: An Arizona native in the accounting/finance industry for more than 25 years. I love being part of the Highlands team! The combination of managing the financial side of Highlands and being involved in working with customers and other employees makes for a rewarding and challenging career. My degree in Accounting from Arizona State University along with previous experience in managing the financial aspects of small to large businesses has helped me meet the everyday challenges and rewards of working for such a highly respected company. My goal is to make every customer 100% satisfied with their Highlands experience.

I began working at Highlands Floor Coverings in 2024. Born and raised in Flagstaff, I grew up learning the ins-and-outs of the real estate and construction industries from my family's local business. After attending undergrad and exploring the medical field in other parts of the country, I was ready for a new direction and returned to Flagstaff. As a Flag native, I understand the eclectic demographic here, and I enjoy working with all of them. My highly personal approach to customers ensures that we can find the best options for your project, and I will help guide you through the process step-by-step.
